Standard Exhibitor

Important Exhibitor Information
Booth Assignments
Booth selection is first-paid, first-served. The Conference reserves the right to adjust booth locations if necessary.
No Early Breakdown
Exhibitors who dismantle booths prior to the posted teardown time may be ineligible to exhibit at future conferences.
Shipping & Materials
Please refer to the Exhibitor Kit and Contact page for shipping instructions. The Conference and host hotel do not accept direct shipments.
Swag Bag Contributions
Exhibitors may contribute approximately 550 branded items for attendee swag bags. Coordination details are available through the Exhibitor Committee Chair listed on the Contact page.
